I have several kinds of classes available but if you find that they are not exactly what you want, email me and we can talk about how to make your ideal class a reality.
Pole fitness classes
These classes will be the most structured and are best for people who want to learn pole dance as a sport. Classes will consist of warming up, learning new moves, floorwork and combinations and cooling down. Each week we’ll be going through different moves but you can go entirely at your own pace. Class spaces are limited so you will receive all the help you need but please book now by emailing me.
Exactly how it sounds! This class is great for everyone. Want to practice a move you learnt in class? Feel like a stretch? Want to meet more pole people or make up your own routine? Don’t want to commit to the structured class before giving pole dance a try? Come along to this! The purpose of open practice is to give you the time you need to practice pole without being in class. You can come for 15 minutes or stay for an hour, it’s entirely up to you. I’ll be on hand to run you through warm ups and cool downs, recap you on moves you already know, help you with stretches or take photos of you on your phone while you spin and invert to your heart’s content.
This is the class for you if you want to learn exactly how you want to learn. Everything you learn will be tailored specifically for your needs, whether you want a more flexible lesson or one that is focused on strength or learning how to create a choreographed routine that you want to perform. This class is suitable for those wanting to learn as a private group (Hen party, work teams, friends) or one-on-one. Prices do vary so contact me to discuss what you’re thinking.
Classes start in February, 2018 and class spaces are extremely limited so please get in touch to secure yourself a place. Pole fitness classes are £15 per person and open practice is £4 but discounts are available for students and group or block booking so hit the contact button to find out more.
